Senate committee OKs Trans-inclusive ENDA

The Senate's Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee approved a Trans-inclusive ENDA (Employment Non-Discrimination Act) on July 10. ENDA would ban workplace discrimination because of sexual orientation and gender identity.
